As a Finance & Accounting Administrator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with our accounting team to prepare financial statements, reconcile bank accounts, and provide financial analysis to support decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile bank transactions and prepare financial reports using SAP and Excel.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the accounting team in audits and compliance activities.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and filing.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
