📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction and maintenance projects.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.
• Implement and maintain sustainable practices in all projects.
• Ensure effective communication with the public and community stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and maintenance, preferably in a government or public sector environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Certification in construction management, project management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
