In this role, you will use a variety of tools and software, including CCTV monitoring systems, access control software, and maintenance management software. You will also need to be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and have a good understanding of Indonesian law and regulations related to security and facilities management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security team, including monitoring CCTV systems and responding to security incidents.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for facility equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.
• Train and supervise security personnel in security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations related to security and facilities management.
• Develop and maintain facility management and security policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present regular reports on facility conditions, security incidents, and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Security Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management and security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing security personnel and CCTV systems.
• Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to security and facilities management.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software such as FM:pro or ServiceMax.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid security clearance and certification in security management.
