📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing retail operations, including stocking, merchandising, and sales.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
Assist in promotional activities and sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Maintain a clean and organized retail space to create a positive shopping experience.
Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support to the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge and brand information to provide accurate advice to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or retail, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with sales and retail software, such as SAP or similar systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for health and wellness, and a passion for promoting Yakult's products.
Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
