📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the engineering industry.
Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management and clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Manage your own pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-up and communication.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the engineering or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
