📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking using QuickBooks and Excel
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills in full-cycle accounting
• Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
