📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of motor vehicles to assess their condition and value.
• Verify the authenticity and completeness of customer documents using our in-house software, such as DocuSign and Salesforce.
• Ensure compliance with our internal policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to streamline the loan approval process.
• Use surveying tools like AutoCAD and Trimble to document vehicle measurements and features.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and findings.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining inspection results and next steps clearly.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in motor vehicle surveying.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Motor Surveyor or in a similar role within the finance industry.
• Certification in Automotive Surveying or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD and Trimble.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian automotive regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
