Oversee the development and implementation of the technology risk management framework.,Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate technology-related risks.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective risk communication and collaboration.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology risk controls and recommend improvements as necessary.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and risks, and advise on their potential impact on MAS's operations.,Provide guidance and support to the technology risk team, including mentoring and developing junior staff.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the MAS's strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,At least 10 years of experience in technology risk management, with a strong background in financial services.,Proven track record of successfully managing technology risk in a complex and dynamic environment.,Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
