ITW ECPS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer or Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the quality of our software products.,Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough and effective testing.,Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and resolve issues before they reach the end-users.,Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure that test cases are aligned with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze test results, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders to ensure the quality of our software products.,Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve our QA processes.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of QA engineers to ensure the continued growth and success of our team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong background in software testing.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams, and ensuring the quality of software products.,Strong knowledge of QA tools, such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and others.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural team.
