Leaf Glow Indonesia is looking for a talented Senior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee development.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to ensure competitive and attractive benefits.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.,Collaborate with managers and other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
