📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.,Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong relationships.,Promote products and services through various sales channels.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
