📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Train and mentor sales teams to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Participate in product launches and promotional events to drive customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or consulting.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
