📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates for our restaurant.,Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for various positions within the restaurant.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and orienting new employees.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and recruiters to expand our talent pool.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
