📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules, outputs, and quality control to identify and resolve any issues promptly.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows and timely delivery of products.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to production team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production facility.,Manage and maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing production teams.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP).,Understanding of basic maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
