📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and develop a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Promote the brand and participate in marketing activities to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of customer service best practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry is a plus.
