📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions at the cashier counter, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Assist in inventory management, including restocking and reporting low stock items.,Train and supervise junior sales staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accurate financial records.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, increasing sales revenue.,Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular updates to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Proven track record in customer service and sales transactions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of basic accounting and financial transactions.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work in a team and independently.
