📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise junior accountants to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Provide training and support to junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
