📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of fleet vehicles to identify and address any issues.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports for management.,Provide training and support to fleet staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in fleet operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
