📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain the performance of servers and networks.,Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Participate in system upgrades and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and security principles.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
