📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Ensure that all products are displayed and stocked according to company standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations as needed.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
