As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing our outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.,Maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment to enhance customer experience.,Assisting with inventory management and ensuring stock levels are adequate.,Assisting with sales transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and outlet performance goals.,Assisting with promotional activities and events to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
