🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, with a focus on dozers.
- Valid Heavy Equipment Operator license and certification.
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining heavy equipment in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from project managers.
- Familiarity with construction equipment software, such as CAT Caterpillar Equipment Manager or similar.
