As a Customer Master Data Specialist at Henkel, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with international standards. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to gather, validate, and maintain customer information, using your expertise in data management and your proficiency in English to bridge communication gaps.

• Maintain and enhance customer data in Salesforce and SAP, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with European teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality
• Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure compliance with international standards
• Provide data support to sales, marketing, and service teams, ensuring they have the information they need to deliver exceptional customer service
• Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management
• Train and mentor junior team members on data management principles and practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data management, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP, or a willingness to learn these tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
