• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design custom solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to sales teams on the effective use of Salesforce solutions.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and best practices.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor Salesforce solutions accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Certification in Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, or Salesforce Platform Developer II.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
