📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Train and mentor baristas and support staff to maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked and organized.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee shop.
Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
Work closely with the hotel's management to ensure the coffee shop aligns with the overall guest experience.
Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in coffee service and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or coffee industry.
Proven track record of leading and training teams to deliver exceptional service.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
Certification in coffee service or hospitality management is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
