PT Pratama Hijau is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities and equipment.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests.,Coordinate with catering staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Assist in the cleanup and reset of banquet facilities after events.,Work closely with the banquet manager to ensure all events run smoothly.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a hospitality or banquet setting is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of banquet operations and equipment is a plus.,Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
