In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, managing customer payments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.,Manage customer payments and provide change as required.,Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
