Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal performance and compliance.,Analyze market trends and develop sourcing strategies to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.,Monitor and report on procurement metrics and performance to ensure alignment with business goals.,Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to drive continuous improvement and innovation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sourcing activities with other business processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing.,Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements in procurement processes.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems, including ERP and procurement platforms.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
