📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to clients, ensuring their booking engines are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement new features and improvements to our booking engine software.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the use and optimization of our booking engine software.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation for clients and internal use.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in booking engine technology.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software support, with a focus on booking engines.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
