In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions to address those needs.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
