Remotely Philippines OPC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Internal Audit Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with the audit team and management to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborating with the audit team and other departments to identify and address audit issues.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit procedures and standards.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of internal controls and risk management processes.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff members.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities and findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
