🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
