📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and increase sales.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and managing budgets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Handle customer complaints and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.,Participate in regular performance reviews and team meetings to discuss progress and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food handling practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
