Agung Nanda Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to meet the operational needs of the company. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our cafe and coffee shop.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to support decision-making.,Coordinate with the production and sales teams to meet demand and ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
