📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Ensure technical accuracy and clarity of documentation through thorough reviews and revisions,Lead and mentor a team of technical writers, providing guidance and support,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in product development processes to ensure documentation is aligned with project goals,Create and maintain user guides, API documentation, and other technical resources,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve team skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software documentation,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technical writers,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools and platforms, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
