Shop One Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented and has a strong background in accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank transactions and reconcile accounts.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide support in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
