Cafe Rama Laundry is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in the heart of Kuta, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR goals align with business objectives.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
