📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing a team and supervising staff is a plus.
