📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Teacher in planning, organizing, and conducting training sessions for staff members.,Develop and deliver training materials and resources to enhance learning outcomes.,Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students to ensure they are meeting the required standards.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the training curriculum.,Collaborate with the Head Teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new staff members.,Provide guidance and support to students in their professional development.,Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training in a dental or pharmaceutical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Valid teaching or training certification (preferred).,Knowledge of dental or pharmaceutical products and procedures.,Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
