In this role, you'll work closely with local health workers, government agencies, and community leaders to design and implement health programs that address the unique needs of the region.

Every day, you'll be out in the field, visiting villages, schools, and health centers to assess needs, educate communities on health best practices, and monitor the impact of our initiatives. You'll use tools like Epi Info for data collection, Google Sheets for program tracking, and WhatsApp and Facebook for community engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally while making a real difference in the lives of others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement community health programs that address the unique needs of Bangka Belitung.
• Conduct health assessments and surveys using Epi Info and other data collection tools.
• Educate and engage communities on health best practices through workshops, seminars, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of health programs using Google Sheets and other tracking tools.
• Collaborate with local health workers, government agencies, and community leaders to ensure the success of health initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen community health partnerships.
• Advocate for health policies and programs that benefit the community.
• Stay updated on the latest health trends and best practices to inform program design and implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community health, public health, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of health education and community engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in using data collection tools like Epi Info and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid certification in community health or public health (preferred but not required).
