📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain data models and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Present findings to senior management, translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest BI tools and technologies, implementing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior BI analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud-based BI tools such as Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
