📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and workshops.,Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees on various topics.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to ensure their effectiveness.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with the Training Officer and other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of training budgets and schedules.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
